The biggest hurdles that people find when trying to manifest their dreams is a lack of belief, lack of clarity, inconsistent practice, negative self-talk, and resistance to change. However, my method goes into each of these areas providing you with the best techniques to help you manifest quicker and become more competent as you go along.

I created this space because over the years I’ve changed my life in ways that I never imagined. But I have also battled with my inner critic and disempowered myself along the way. Initially, the aim of this blog was for myself, a place to remember my method and techniques and to have some form of step-by-step guide that could take me back to an inspired state when life got in the way.
